CHES Special Risks Inc. has developed a facility to offer terrorism coverage through certain underwriters at Lloyds to provide a level of protection against this exposure.

Coverage is based on replacement cost subject to a 90 % co-insurance requirement.

    Replacement Cost is on the same site or adjacent, which ever is less.

    The Maximum Limit available is $ 50,000,000 any one location / risk.

    The form includes Professional Fees and Debris Removal, both included in the limit of liability / insurance.

We have negotiated the option for a NIL deductible applicable to direct damage and/or business interruption for qualified risks.

THE MINIMUM PREMIUM FOR ELIGIBLE ACCOUNTS CAN BE AS LOW AS $1,500.

In addition to the Direct Damage coverage (Terrorism & Sabotage), various optional coverage can be considered.

The policy contains major exclusions such as chemical, biological, nuclear, contamination, pollution, extortion etc. focusing on the direct physical loss caused by a terrorist act, as defined in the wording.
