We have number of application that will facilitate a timely and accurate quotation.

 

Were possible we are doing our best to use current technology to streamline the quoting and policy issuance. This means that our Broker Partners will get detailed and competitive quotations that assist in providing the quick and professional service that is expected by their customers.

 

Hospitality Program

We have a MS Word Form that can be completed, saved and emailed to CHES for quotation.

It is recommended that Brokers complete the Broker Detail sections on pages one and four. The form can then be saved for future use.

 

If you would like to print the application to complete as hard copy; then fax to CHES; we would recommend that you use the Basic Word or PDF application.

Please note that we do encounter some conditions that would require some additional underwriting information. We have prepared some additional questionnaires that would be required under various situations. If the risk that is being submitted is subject to any of the following situation, please include the completed questionnaire, as applicable.

 

Room Rental Questionnaire: required if the Operations / Insured is involved in the rental of rooms in the premises being insured.

Jewellers Block Program

We have two application for the Jewellers Block.

The Block Application is required for quotation of the Jewellers Block Coverage.
